Leadership Graham County is an annual leadership development and civic engagement program that equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and connections needed to make a positive impact in their communities.
The program welcomes adults from all professions and backgrounds, as well as students entering their junior or senior year of high school who are interested in developing their leadership potential.
Sessions begin in August and conclude in April!
The program meets monthly, typically on the first Wednesday of each month from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with lunch provided.
Each session includes:
• Morning leadership development and education
• Afternoon tours of local businesses, government offices, and organizations, or presentations from community leaders
The program has two primary goals:
• Strengthen leadership skills among participants
• Increase awareness of the opportunities, resources, and organizations that make Graham County a great place to live and work
